Right now we have 12 people on the airfare side, however, I am still holding 17 seats right now on the itinerary leaving Honolulu on August 4th at 10:15 pm and arriving into Seattle on August 5th at 6:56 in the morning, and leaving August 20th from Los Angeles to Honolulu at about 3:10 in the afternoon, arriving in Honolulu at 6:00 pm.

I wanted to go over the deadlines for the group:

I will need to cancel any seats not wanted by May 4th, 2010. Any new travellers who want to be with the group, should have contacted me and put in their $100.00 deposit by that date, otherwise they will have to purchase at the prevailing rates, either on-line or I can still try to help them after that.

The next deadline will be on June 3rd, 2010, at which time, if a person cancels after this date, they will lose their deposit of $100.00. By this date would need to have final payments for the airfare from all that owe any balances.

The next deadline will be on June 21st, 2010, at which time we will begin to do the ticketing process. I need to know beforehand, everyone's legal name as it appears on their driver's license and their date of birth.
